ONCE LOVED CAN BE LOVED AGAIN

Genieve designed and constructed a ‘Haute Couture dress’ entirely from recycled garments as part of H&M’s international Garment Collection Initiative.

This innovative and exciting creation incorporates dresses, blouses, T-shirts, leggings, children & baby clothing, sheets and string vests.

The garments were deconstructed and completely hand woven using the principles of macramé and illustrates the potential and possibilities of creating beautiful clothes from things that we choose to throw away.
